The short video shows a ride on the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway between Göschenen at the North Portal of the old Gotthard Tunnel and Andermatt in the Urseren Valley. The line is cold the Schöllenenbahn (Schöllenen Railway) as it passes through the Schöllenen Gorge of the Reuss river. The line has grades up to 17.9%, is mainly equipped with racks and runs through many snowsheds and tunnels. Overall, the line is a bit more than 3.7km long and gains 300m in altitude.
