Sciatica: How to sit when you have sciatica?

Follow
Thierry Lanneau

Sciatic nerve pain can make it impossible to sit still or even maintain a sitting posture at all!
Sitting in the car is a real pain.... And even more so when the rides are long.
So much it hurts, many people abandon the sitting position in favor of lying down or even standing up ( I invite you to watch one of my videos dealing with this subject:    • Position à adopter pour dormir avec u...   ).

In short! It's a disaster! Which sitting position should I adopt when I have sciatica? How to sit in the car?
Sitting with sciatica, is it possible?

‍♂This is a topic worth making a video about right?

In order to determine the best sitting position that would provide relief to the sciatic nerve, I suggest using the principle of neurodynamics.

Of course, the sitting position that I will present to you will relieve according to the sensitivity of the sciatic nerve.

Concerning the cushion that allows you to arch your lower back, you can either roll up a towel or buy a cushion on aliexpress / amazon.
I would rather go on Aliexpress because on amazon there is a lot of "dropshipping"... The products are then much more expensive!
