What do you do if your battery keeps going flat? You recharge and reinstall the battery only to find it going dead in a few days. In this video I will take you through a complete troubleshoot of your scooter's charging system. The video includes an indepth breakdown of how your charging system works as well as testing procedures for your stator, and your regulator/rectifier (voltage regulator).

The troubleshooting in this video is done on a Genuine Buddy 150. But because the Genuine Buddy is based on a GY6 platform you can use this video to troubleshoot other Chinese and Taiwanese scooters made by Lance, Tao Tao, SYM, Rokketa, Italika, Genuine, Dong Fang and many others.
