Scotch Eggs - no deep-fryer needed
Here is my method for wrapping and cooking the perfect scotch egg. Feel free to add anything to the sausage mixture black pudding or chorizo are my favourites.
you will need
4 eggs (plus 1 for breading)
3 tasty sausages
a bit of flour and some breadcrumbs (I recommend panko breadcrumbs)
