Scrambled eggs with tomatoes in 10 minutes. Fast beautiful delicious.

Too hot to stay in the kitchen Only 10 minutes to cook scrambled eggs with tomatoes! Saucy, sweet and sour, appetising, best for summer

Step 1
Make a cross at bottom of 3 tomatoes; place them in boiling water until skin is off.

Step 2
Whisk 4 eggs; add a bit of salt and mix.

Step 3
Rinse tomatoes in cold water and peel off skin.

Step 4
Add tomatoes to wok in low heat, break up tomatoes to cubes with spatula.
Add ketchup, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Adjust taste.

Step 5
Add oil to heated wok, pour eggs in and shovel continuously.

Step 6
When eggs are done add into wok with tomatoes and combine gently, ready to serve.
