Step 1
Make a cross at bottom of 3 tomatoes; place them in boiling water until skin is off.
Step 2
Whisk 4 eggs; add a bit of salt and mix.
Step 3
Rinse tomatoes in cold water and peel off skin.
Step 4
Add tomatoes to wok in low heat, break up tomatoes to cubes with spatula.
Add ketchup, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Adjust taste.
Step 5
Add oil to heated wok, pour eggs in and shovel continuously.
Step 6
When eggs are done add into wok with tomatoes and combine gently, ready to serve.
