The 3D arcade racer was the big hit of the mid '90s arcade colourful, fastmoving, simple and yet also endlessly replayable. Then the Playstation brought them into the living room with a spectacularly faithful Ridge Racer conversion. As a PC owner, I was convinced a good 486 could do something just as impressive when it came to polygonthrowing. Screamer certainly looked like it'd be the game... but was it?

I'd tell you, but apparently I can't even get the thing installed correctly. Yes, it's one of THOSE videos.
