Put a piece of wax paper behind the wrinkled page to protect the other pages.

Get a paper towel or cloth damp
(don’t want to be able to squeeze it and have water dripping )

Lightly wipe over the wrinkles in the opposite and same direction kind of like using an iron.

Gently stretch the wrinkles out.

Place another piece of wax paper on top and smooth out the page.

Put weight on the book.
In this case since the page we were fixing was at the front of the book, we flipped the book over to use the weight of the book on the front page.

Give it time to dry about 30 minutes to an hour.

Remove the wax paper and admire the smoothed out page or pages.
