Recipe
Seafood of your choice around 400500g
1 Bell pepper
1 big onion(1/2for broth, 1/2for rice)
10 cherry tomatoes
a bunch of fresh parsley(if not, u can use green onions to make broth)
2 garlic, crushed
100ml dry white wine(if not available just use 100ml more water)
water 500ml
Smoked paprike or paprika powder 1tsp
a pinch of saffron(if saffron is not available in your area, use tumeric powder to mimic the color. But it won't taste how it is supposed to)
Short grain rice 250g
Good olive oil
Salt!(be generous with salt for this dish!)
Lemon slices if desired
