Seafood Radish Congee Serves 68 (Taiwanese Cuisine)
1.5 ​​palmsized radishes (after peeling) about 500g
5 bowls of rice (more or less according to taste)
Water 1500cc
1/4 Cabbage
0.5 bowls of clams
Milkfish's backs 2 (optional)
1 handful of celery
1 handful of coriander
2 fish balls, cut in half
4 pork balls
1 bowl of lean pork strips
1 bowl of shrimp
Scallops (optional)
Salt 2 salt spoons (2 grams)
