I am very excited to let you know that I am launching a Private Facebook Group for Adults 50+ who want to improve their strength, mobility, flexibility, and become more motivated to move in 2021!

I’m launching the group with a FREE 5day Exercise at Home Challenge! And I’m inviting you to join me!


How it works: Everyday from January 11th15th, I will doing a Live 15minute workout that is geared for Adults 50+! You can exercise right at home and follow along for a fun, full body workout that will help you feel great and super motivated to keep going once the challenge is done.


Now, if you are not on Facebook, that’s just fine! I will also be emailing out the workouts every day, so you can participate on your own time each day for the 5day challenge!
