For the first few minutes, I'll briefly explain the lower back stretches. At the 3.27 minute mark, I'll have music playing and will go through an 8 minute lower back stretching routine. All of the stretches will be done from a seated position to allow you to relax and focus solely on each stretch for pain relief.
