We are excited to announce the second instalment of our new short film series, Seconda Prattica, is out now. We continue our series with a gentle lullaby by Rossi, Dormite, begl’occhi featuring three extraordinary singers, Anna Dowsley, Taryn Fiebig and Chloe Lankshear.
Dormite, begl’occhi is a lullaby from Rossi’s baroque opera Orfeo and was written to charm the leading character to sleep. It creates a peaceful mood with smooth musical phrasing so wonderful it can slow one’s heartbeat down.
