The Seed to Plate video series is a project that we did during the lockdown to not only keep ourselves busy and to have a good time but also to keep our minds occupied on something creative. It definitely achieved that goal for us but after filming we moved onto to other things and did not get back to finishing the edit, until now. I am excited to finally release it. I hope you enjoy the show as much as we did in making it.

Each episode follows one crop in the garden from seeding, to growing, to harvest, and then to plate. In the end, I cook a meal with that vegetable at the barn with my family. Along the way, we have a blast farming, gardening, and working on projects around the farm.

Conor Crickmore quit his job in the city and moved to the country. There he started an organic farm from scratch and never looked back.

His a well known educator throughout the world in small scale market farming and has been very successful at earning a good living growing vegetables on a small plot. He farms without tillage and uses mostly hand tools.
