I don't know how I pulled this time, but I did. This run is basically almost a sum of my best segments, except for Snowy where I could have shaved something like a couple tenths of a second. I was sure I could break the sub 3'59 barrier, but I wasn't expecting to completely shatter it. What's left to optimize now is Snowy and Riviera, then the rest is just pure execution.
