Seixas is a beautiful parish of Caminha, located in Alto Minho, overlooking the river Minho. His house, which stands out the palaces of Arqº Ventura Terra (albeit in ruins) and that of Vila Idalina, and some other houses before these, which always attracted my curiosity. It was here in Seixas that he was born in a humble family, the famous architect Miguel Ventura Terra (18661913), who with great talent managed to win, and became one of the most important Portuguese architects of the transition of the century.
