It's been a while, sorry) I chat through how I'm managing my type 1 diabetes while selfisolating alone as the world tackles the coronavirus global pandemic, and the things I'm doing to stay healthy and productive during this disconcerting time as much as possible. Because sometimes Netflix and wine is the only answer...

NOTE: I filmed this the day before the UK was put into lockdown by the Government. But everything in this video applies in lockdown as much it did in selfisolation.
