This video shows you how to massage your forearm muscles, using either vibration massage or manual techniques. The forearm muscles are a common cause of elbow, arm, wrist and hand pain, and can lead to conditions such as tennis elbow or golfers elbow. In this video we give viewers two choices of massage. The first is massage by hand known as muscle stripping. The second, and most easy and effective is by using vibration massage or vibration therapy where vibrations penetrate deeply without needing painful pressure. Vibrations have been scientifically proven to disrupt muscle spasms, relax muscles and increase blood flow, making it highly effective trigger point therapy.
