Learn how you can do selftaping to give your shoulder so that can give it some support and reduce the pain. In many cases, shoulder pain is located in the front of the shoulder and the Deltoid region. Common reasons for shoulder pain can include rotator cuff injuries, sprains, strains, frozen shoulders, tendonitis, impingements, and much more.

In this video, we show you how to tape yourself even if you do not have prior knowledge and/or a partner to help. Let's face it, we don't always have someone to help so why not learn how to help shoulder pain on your own?

When it comes to using any type of kinesiology taping of the shoulder there are many brands out there. The three most common are Kineiotape, Rocktape, and KT Tape. In my opinion, I would use Rocktape (my first choice) and then Kinesiotape. I find that the glue and tape are much more durable and will provide more pain relief and support to your shoulder. Yes, it may be a little more expensive, but it will work much better!
