My bladder is partially paralysed due to HSD/ EDS (ehlers danlos syndrome), so I use intermittent catheters. This is my story & these are the tips I've picked up along the way, as well as showing you my medical storage, and what I take with me when out and about :)

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome / Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, autonomic dysfunction including Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and myalgic encephalomyelitis.
