This is the house that had the postoccupancy agreement and the seller was having a hard time leaving! He finally left, the house is rekeyed and this is the full video of all the stuff he left behind and things we need to fix on the house.

This house is pretty rough but the seller also left so many things. I know most of it is junk but there is a lot of it!
