Semolina CAKE WITHOUT FLOUR AND EGGS-madness of taste I could eat it all the time

This is a fasting but really tasty cake that you will make with very few ingredients. You do not need flour and eggs for this cake.
The hour with which the ingredients are measured is 200 ml
first cook the sherbet:
2.5 salt sugar
2.5 salt water
1 vanilla sugar
1/2 lemon
cook for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely
cake:
3 salt semolina Sentella wheat semolina type 400
1 casa sugar
2 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder10 gr
1.5 cups of fresh orange juice
when you pour the cake mixture, cover it with cling film and leave it for at least 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator or until the next day, and only then bake the cake.
the cake must stand before baking in order for the semolina to absorb the liquid and swell
before baking with a knife, cut the desired piece and put a hazelnut on each piece
bake at 180c40 min
pour hot sherbet over the hot cake
leave the cake to cool completely and soak up the sherbet
