You will need a band, belt or rope for one of the exercises. You may also want to have a pillow to support your hips in a seated position or if you have tight hamstrings. Make sure you can sit upright with a straight back when your legs are in front of you. If you find this difficult and your spine is rounded, then you need the support of a pillow under your bum.
I’m fairly flexible so my legs tend to extend very far. Please don’t worry if your legs don’t go as far as mine. Stretch to your comfort level.
