Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, demonstrates an exercise circuit to develop the serratus anterior muscles.

The serratus anterior muscle is a muscle that comes from the anterior aspect of the scapula (shoulder blade) and attaches to the top 9 ribs. When contracted, it brings the scapula into protraction (scapula moves anterior around the rib cage).

Therefore, in order to develop this muscle, you need to perform exercises that involve this type of scapula protraction. In today's video, I demonstrate a 3 exercise circuit (which I want viewers to perform for 3 rounds with little to no rest in between).
