Speaking of birthdays, why it's Linda's (Linda Bove) birthday on the Street today! First aired on December 3, 1976 (Season 8), it's Episode 930 of the best darn kids show ever, Sesame Street! If only Linda could enjoy the groovy record Big Bird (Caroll Spinney) brings her (a disco version of the theme song, I kid you not!), what shall she do? Also look for Marshal Grover (Big, Bigger, Biggest w/glasses of milk), Bob and the kids singing "Right in the Middle of My Face", Ernie, Bert, The Count and the Pyramid, "Numerical Correspondence Song" w/Anything Muppets, as well as Joe Namath. One of the two blonde girls playing football with Joe (I think it's the one on the right wearing number 13) is actress Kim Raver, who would grow up to become Audrey Raines on TV's "24" and Dr. Teddy Altman on "Grey's Anatomy".
