The scene where Sesshomaru goes into the Underworld to strengthen his sword, he succeeds but at the cost of Rin's life.

However, unlike before when he brought the girl back before, he is unable to do so again the sword can only bring back a person once.

When I first saw this scene I found it too cold, even if its Sesshomaru. The episode prior was when Kikyo passed away and the music which played in the background ("Dearest") touched me and when I saw this scene I knew the music was perfect for it.
