The mobile streamdeck from Elgato is a super easy app to install and link to your existing stream deck, OR to use it in place of a stream deck so that you don't need to pay for new gear as you can just use your cell phone instead!

So the mobile stream deck app for Android and iOS is a viable alternative to the Stream Deck XL, Stream Deck and Stream Deck Mini products that have been the bedrock of the best streaming gear since it's release in 2017.

It's also a great alternative to the Loupedeck Live, Touch Portal and Lioranboard which many people seem to use to control their stream or streaming room! This video is a must watch for anyone that streams on Twitch, Facebook Gaming or YouTube Gaming. I also have bucket loads of other stream deck tutorials and guidance videos (some of which linked below!).

In the video, I cover download and installation of the Stream Deck App from iOS, installation via the QR code on the Windows Desktop version of the stream deck software, and then the set up of buttons on the Elgato phone app. I also show that it's compatible with Siri for Apple Devices, for enabling voicecontrolled source, scene and filters on your stream (and lighting, etc!).

I also provide some troubleshooting tips and hints about the stream deck in general, along with some bug fixes for the initial installation of the Elgato stream deck app.
