Celebrating 50 years of Diesel Preservation. The SVR hosted a huge gathering of Diesel locomotives.

D821 was the star of the show however many mainline visitors stole the visitors attentions.

In part 2 we concentrate on D1015 Western Champion which had be renamed on one side Western King D1039. Sadly only running on one engine.

The day was broken up by a huge down pour and then Glourious sunshine. A trip on the HST set was had as my son loves them. Finished with a trip on the 50 and now repaired 37.

I noticed the microphone had unplugged sadly as we went passed the depot and as the 47 pulled in.

I had my 3 year old with me, apologies for some shacks and noises.
