Today I prepared a tasty and cheap second course of oily fish. To flavor the fish I used the ingredients of the cacciatore preparations. Result? A really delicious and tasty recipe with mackerel.

I love mackerel because it is a blue fish rich in iodine and potassium, excellent in lowcalorie diets due to its multiple nutritional qualities. And then it is really one of the cheapest.
In this recipe with panfried mackerel, I have tried to enhance its taste in my own way and to make it even tastier with a tomato sauce, enriched with olives, capers, and chilli pepper.
I also showed you how to make fresh fish fillets, whose Mediterranean character we're going to enhance.
If you accompany the panfried mackerel with a few slices of wellseasoned toasted bread and a side dish of boiled Romanesco broccoli, the result will be more than satisfying!
