I decided to play Shape Up with my wife, Jessica, and have a bit of fun with the Kinect on Xbox One. What I found out is that years of playing games for a living have not been kind to my body. The game is mostly calisthenics and simple crossfit style exercises but animated to crazy things. Keeps it more fun that way. Also, our dogs hop in to help exercise sometimes.
