This video will show you how to prevent people with whom you share files on Google Drive from copying, printing, and/or downloading the files based on the 2020 update.

This is not foolproof as anyone can screenshot anything you share with them. However, if you, for example, want to share a rough draft of a document with someone, you can use this feature. Then when you have completed the final draft, then they can print it, download it, etc.

Please note that you can only prevent people from copying, downloading, or printing your shared documents if they listed as a VIEWER or COMMENTER. If they have editing access, then this feature will not work.
