SHE RUNS AND SHE PULLS HARD!!!
This morning, I took my XL out on a very spirited ride, and she performed flawlessly.
I accelerated hard from a dead stop and in all gears. She pulled pretty well. I do feel what I think is a bit of clutch slippage. It's just a bit, but I'm sure a clutch cable adjustment will solve that. She's probably due for new clutch discs anyway.
I've stuggled with this bike. She's stubborn. She has left me stranded before. She wouldn't fire up even after attempting to kick her over what felt like a thousand times. I've walked her home more times than I would like to admit.
I've been tempted to sell her in frustration, but i wasn't quite ready to turn in my man card.

Installing a new CDI was the final piece of the puzzle.

Today, she's behaving.
