Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Ingredients
leftover pot roast, turkey, or chicken
15 oz can green beans, drained
15 oz can carrots, drained
10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 oz beefy onion soup mix
1/2 cup milk
4 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions
1. Put leftover pot roast in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
2. Cover with the green beans.
3. Add the carrots over the top. Set aside.
4. Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and milk.
5. Stir until smooth.
6. Spoon over the beef and vegetables in the casserole dish.
7. Smooth the mashed potatoes over the top.
8. Sprinkle with cheese.
9. Bake 30 minutes at 375F.
