My tribute to #tangerinedream Thief done with Modular. A fantastic film that continues to age well.

The bass is done using #rene which by use of X and Y alternative gate lengths can give a polyrhythm effect. The quantised output of Rene is shared to the #studioelectronics #tonestar2600 and to the #blackcorporation #deckardsvoice
The over top melody is derived from #chainsaw with the left channel going into the #nightrider and the right channel into #belgrade
Then a lot of modulation is applied to the filters and voices from #intellijel #quadrax and #instruo #ceis
The melody played using #uscale which you can see in the video. End of chain reverb added with #strymonbigsky

Recorded using #garageband through #evo4 interface for sound and video done in phone 14 in cinematic mode. Assembled together in #lumafusion for iPad Pro with some small panning effects added.

As always best with headphones.
