In most organizations, 25% of the workforce are in leadership roles I call them “The 5%.” These “5%” could be the remedy to our ailments given the power and authority they wield by virtue of their positions. As you might have discerned by taking in my content, I am committed to developing more conscious, caring, effective and competent leaders. However, I fear the interests of “The 5%” are not aligned with the majority “The 95%.” Too many of these socalled leaders fear they have too much to lose.

I want to see us leverage our collective power for a radical shift in workplace dynamics!
