A landowner arrives near a village and threatens to tear it down to construct a research centre. Shiva stops the landowner from tearing down any buildings as the villagers stay there. Hoping to get his revenge, the landowner devises a plan and comes up with a chip that attracts other vehicles towards it. With the chip secretly stuck on the bike, will Shiva be able to avoid the incoming cars and troubles?

Meet the whiz kid Shiva, who lives in a city named Vedas. Watch him fight the villains who are out to damage the city on his super bike that can fly as well as float on water. Together with his three friends and pet dog they are indomitable.
