Two gangs Fox and Panther, are in Vedas City to steal the folding tank. But as they come to know that Shiva can become a problem in pursuing their mission, they plan to kidnap him. Will they be successful in kidnapping Shiva or will Shiva defeat them and save the folding tank?

Meet the whiz kid Shiva, who lives in a city named Vedas. Watch him fight the villains who are out to damage the city on his super bike that can fly as well as float on water. Together with his three friends and pet dog they are indomitable.
