Super Mario Odyssey is in my opinion the best game ever made which means that this has some of the best levels, called kingdoms here, ever made as a result. Wooded Kingdom, New Donk City, Sand kingdom, and so on are all incredible levels in terms of idea and design. The same however cannot be said about Shiveria, otherwise known as the Snow Kingdom. Of all the kingdoms in Super Mario Odyssey this seems to be the most generic and mediocre one. The idea, captures, moons, and general level design here are all disappointing and today I go over why I think that is. Ranked against the other kingdoms in the game I find it to be one of the worst, even though it contains some fun moons and even the hardest moon in Mario odyssey. So join me in this first episode of a brand new level analysis series as we take a look at Shiveria: Mario Odyssey's Most Mediocre Kingdom.
