Feared, ruthless, noble, vicious, skilled, respected these are just a few words to describe the #Vikings For a time, these proud warriors dominated everyone else in their region. #vikingship
But what do we actually know about the Vikings? Were they pirates who raided places or were they people from an area? Who were they? And how did they fall?
You see, the term ‘Vikings’ can’t be used to address all the Scandinavian people. Being a Viking was more of a job, just like being a solider.
A person from any Scandinavian country that spent their time raiding other countries for wealth was a 'Viking'.
