My 3rd son bought his first pickup before he even had his drivers’ permit. His first inclination was to fully embrace the “grandpa vibe” it already had PLUS he really wanted letting that resembled a shop truck or tow/service truck.

The tongueincheek famous phone number and mythical shop name are all part of the fun & were completely my son’s idea. (Think Tommy Tutone circa 1981)

In this video I’ll show you the entire process from design idea to completion that lettering this old pickup involves. I like to use traditional techniques and I’m learning as I go (I’m far from mastery so take it with a grain of salt! )
