Update 16 Digging further into JMRI using block detection for visibility and to allow some trains to run automatically. I have made use of 5A ACS712 current sensors and arduinos with sensor shields. There is a lot that I didn't cover in this video including many of the issues I have had or am still having and perhaps I should have done a video earlier when I had a simpler starter set up. I may also explain some of the arduino logic around block detection at some point but the guides below are a valuable starting point.
