Just a really nice short stretching and yoga clip of me showing you how to improve your hip mobility. Follow along!



Stretching is a great way to relax your body and calm your mind, to let go of all the tension built up in your muscles over a long day or night. It helps with improving your overall performance in physical activities and also with preventing injuries.
But always remember: flexibility takes time and you should never push yourself to hard. Rather enjoy the gentle movements and give your body the time it needs to adjust to new poses and new ways to move.
