In the late 2000s to early 2010s, many Navy SEALs coming home from war wrote bestselling books like Marcus Luttrell's "Lone Survivor," Chris Kyle's "American Sniper," Mark Owen's "No Easy Day," and Brandon Webb's "The Red Circle." They received a lot of backlash from the military community at large for failing to act as quiet professionals. The late 2010s to now however, saw so many other military veterans outside of the SEALs who decided to pen their own memoirs. We discuss with Marine Combat Aviator and now author Isaac G.
