Eggs have a reputation that changes over time... To the point where we're no longer sure if eggs are a food to limit, or on the contrary, if we should increase consumption for health. Numerous misconceptions and false information circulate, especially on the web, particularly on social media. The scientific literature is extensive on this subject, but it needs to be understood, interpreted, and most importantly, placed in perspective with everything we know about the topic. In this video, I'll address the issue and provide my recommendations on the reasonable number of eggs to consume per week or per day.
Of course, these are guidelines – certainly not orders or prohibitions! Dr. BH is a nutrition channel that neither imposes nor forbids anything!
