Should You 'Rest' If You Have Sciatica?

I get this question all the time from folks suffering with back, butt, piriformis & sciatica problems "Should I just rest and let things heal?" Well, maybe, but proceed with caution! Let's get real with you on the proper TIME & PLACE for rest when it comes to natural healing...

In this video, l dive deep on the topic of thinking that you need to "rest" in order to heal.

Maybe you've got a deep pain in the buttock/glute (told you have Piriformis Syndrome)...
Or pain every time you bend over to pick things up (told you have a bulging or herniated disc) or when you sit for an extended period of time...
Or maybe your pain flares up after walking or running or playing your favorite sport and you get pain, numbness and tingling down the back of your leg (sciatica or sciatic nerve pain)...
Or maybe you "have a bad back that goes out on you"...
Or some recurring aches & pains in your muscles or joints.

Whatever the case, many people are told, by their GP or family doc, "hey, take some of these pills & rest for a few weeks and if it doesn't go away, then check back in" But I urge you to be careful there... and watch this video first!

Although there is a proper time & place for a bit of "rest"... there is A LOT more to it than that... and if you're not careful and educated on how to apply these few key principles... you could very well end up making your problem WORSE and have it stick around for WAY LONGER than you really want.
