Shoulder Dislocation and Instability Exercises

Are you Experiencing instability on your shoulder, that it gets dislocated, or pops out of place? Shoulder instability is a problem that occurs when the structures that surround the shoulder joint do not work to maintain the ball within its socket. If the joint is too loose, it may slide partially out of place, a condition called subluxation (partial dislocation of the shoulder joint).
The stretches and strengthening will help improve stability on the shoulder.
I discussed the anatomy of the shoulder as the most shallow joint, the most common dislocation and how to strengthen and keep it stable.
