Ever wondered how shoulder elevation works?

Your body uses two main muscles: the trapezius and the levator scapulae. The trapezius does most of the heavy lifting and is divided into three parts:

Ascending Part: Fibers point to the scapula.
Transversal Part: Fibers point to the spine.
Descending Part: Fibers go from neck to shoulder and are crucial for shoulder elevation.
To elevate your shoulders, just think about the muscle's insertion and origin points, shorten the distance through muscle contraction, and boom – shoulder raise!
