Welcome back to this PART 2 of a 3 part yoga Back bending tutorial towards King Pigeon. I split it into three parts so you can either focus on practising repeatedly the bits you find really useful if you're time poor or the whole 90 minutes for a home workshop practise!

This Part 2 focuses on activating the legs through a strong standing vinyasa sequence whilst opening the shoulders and upper back. You can practise this video on it's own if you only have half an hour to spare or work through all three parts if you want to delve deep into your back bending practise.

If you don't feel ready for this, part 2 you can go back and practise part 1 again which is bum, abs and hamstring activation and conditioning. In part 3 we will stretch our hips and adductors until finally we play with King Pigeon Rajakapotasana.
