Private detectives Nick (Alexander Nevsky) and Charlie (Casper Van Dien) live and work in Manila amidst a corrupt police force. When a murder investigation leads them to the jungle camp of an international terrorist, Nick and Charlie must assemble a team of mercenaries to take him and his army of thugs down.
