6 bonein pork chops (1.5 to 2 cm)
34 tablespoons of flour
1 onion (100 g)
23 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
Sprigs of rosemary and thyme
350400ml light beer
Salt
Black pepper
Turn the pork chops over
Salt
150180ml of water

300 grams of potatoes
100 grams of bacon
50 grams of onions
Add 23 tablespoons of flour to the potatoes (depending on the consistency)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg
Some salt (if needed)
