Shrimp Orleans
1 Tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced OR 1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup catsup
3 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups cleaned, cooked shrimp
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until tender but not brown.
Combine the soup, sour cream, and catsup. Stir into the onion mixture. Add the mushrooms and shrimp. Cook over low heat just until the mixture is heated through. Serve over hot rice.
